LIVE ONSITE CATERING
If you are looking for an onsite catering partner for your event, please email us at info@forknknife.com.au and please include your event date in the subject line.
We always speak to you first to make sure, we have the availability on your event date and so we can have a conversation around the specifics of your event and we can get an understanding of your catering needs. Or simply fill in the contact form below and we will be in touch shortly!
We can cater for your event if it falls on a public holiday, yet you will incur a surcharge to cover public holiday staffing costs.
We understand getting the right amount of food is something can can be a bit tricky to work out on your own.
We are more than happy to help guide you in this area, prior to you ordering online.
Please simply send an email to orders@forknknife.com.au and place in the subject line – “HELP WITH QUANTITIES” or submit a form on our contact page and we will respond accordingly.
ONLINE SHOP
If you are looking for boxed catering ordering, you can just pop on over to our shop section on our website.
If you are looking for quantities larger than what is available on our shop or you require a quote in writing please email on orders@forknknife.com.au and clearly state your event date in the subject line.
If you want to talk to one of our friendly staff, please call us on 4340-4904 and we will respond in business hours.
You can pick up your order from our commercial catering and office site, at 61 Masons Parade, Point Frederick. You will have the option to select a pick time window.
Order for Tuesday, cut off Friday prior 12pm
Order for Wednesday, cut off Monday prior 12pm
Order for Thursday, cut off Monday prior 12pm
Order for Friday, cut off Tuesday prior 12pm
Last minute orders may be accepted, this will be at our discretion. Please email orders@forknknife.com.au and add LAST MINUTE ORDER REQUEST with the event date in the subject line and we will endeavour to come back to you within 24 hours (business day only)
Late orders may be accepted based on catering availability and the choice of menu may be limited.
Order changes are not guaranteed, you can however request an amendment for Online orders. Amendments must be sent through prior to order cut off time. We can not amend your order after the order cut off.
Order change requests must be emailed to orders@forknknife.com.au and include ORDER CHANGE REQUEST in the subject line.
