At Fork N Knife, we have extensive knowledge of what our catering clients and their guests like to see included in a buffet spread. So we have created four different style buffet menu options to choose from.

You can choose from a fully staffed buffet option, where our skilled staff set up, attend to the buffet – cleaning and refilling where needed and pack down and clean up after your event.

Or you can alternately choose a set up and pack down option, where our staff set up a hot buffet ready for your guests to enjoy and we then come back to pack down and clean at the conclusion of your event.
