DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

All Fork N Knife online catering orders require 100% pre-payment. If there are any issues with outstanding payment, Fork N Knife catering will put companies or individuals on credit hold for outstanding invoices. 

Should online boxed catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery or pick up will not be refunded.

Should event catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:

• Deposits are 100% Non Refundable
• Once your final invoice is issued and paid, 4 weeks in advance. Your final payment is non-refundable.

TERMINATION

Fork N Knife reserves the right to cancel a delivery or event if:

• An unforeseen issue with the venue or any part of the venue is closed due to circumstances outside Fork N Knife control.
• The client/hirer becomes insolvent or bankrupt.
• The deposit and final payment have not been paid by the due dates.
• The venue or event, becomes unsafe for Fork N Knife staff to attend.
• There is not clear and safe access for Fork N Knife staff to deliver or attend event.
